Over 50 Make Over?

Let’s not talk about the shows “Extreme Makeovers” or “I Want a Famous Face.” These are completely unrealistic goals for most women, certainly financially, if not medically. Do realize that the person made over for those shows are hand-picked to reflect the final result. Of course each patient is extremely individual, so it is difficult to simply state the most realistic and cost effective procedures for an over 50 makeover.
