Crystal Francis has been an Aesthetician for 17 years in the Little Rock area, and 7 years at Exhale Med Spa. She graduated at the top of her class from Douglas J. Aveda Institute in East Lansing, MI.
Crystal brings to our Little Rock med spa extensive experience and knowledge in a wide range of aesthetic services from customized facials & waxing to more medical treatments including laser hair reduction and the all new Sofwave.

Crystal has been an active member of AmSpa (American Med Spa Association) since 2018, providing readily available resources for her to practice safely and legally in this ever changing med spa industry. AmSpa also provides training and networking opportunities encouraging “Community over Competition”, a philosophy Crystal takes to heart.
A native of Benton, Crystal is a member of First United Methodist Church where she started attending at the age of 4. (We won’t say how many years that adds up to!) Crystal married Tanner Francis in 2021 giving them a grand total of 6 beautiful & crazy children. Outside of work and keeping up with their kids’ extracurricular activities, she loves the outdoors and camping on the Buffalo!
